Green is a common color of apatite that is found within the famous Panasqueira mines in Portugal.
Apatite is a phosphate mineral that most commonly occurs in igneous and metamorphic rocks. It is used in the manufacturing process of fertilizer and was even used as a pigment for the world-known Chinese Terracotta Army.
